Golf Tournament

Limited to 18 teams of 4
Battle of the club houses. Do you represent Prairie Dunes? Crazyhorse? Do you golf at Carey Park? Two ways to win, the team that wins and the team that raises the most money – A traveling award will be given to the club house who’s representing team wins the tournament.
Other prizes will be given away including a Swag Bag from Bill Murry Golf. Ticket sales coming soon!
Glo Run
Night time 5K, walk run

Come run or walk for New Beginnings Inc. This night time event takes place in Carey park and is open to the whole family. Separate start times for serious runners, fun runners, and walkers. Provide your own head lamp and come ready to have some fun as glow in the dark paint will mark how far you have gone!
Entry fee includes a T-shirt. Ticket sales coming soon!

Community Gratitude Event

A night of celebrating human kindness. Nominations for 20 categories are submitted all year long by members of the community and voted on by a committee. Award recipients are celebrated during a red carpet event at the Historic Fox Theater. Tickets are only $10 and are available to purchase at the Fox Theater. All ages welcome.
Homelessness For A Day
24 Hour event/Sleep Out

Geared toward ages 12-18. Adult groups may take part if they wish.
Sleep out under the stars to raise awareness during the national week of hunger and homelessness.
A scavenger hunt will take place during the day, lending to a better of understanding of homelessness and hunger.
One adult must accompany each group of 5 minors.
Begins 8:00 am on Saturday and ends at 8:00 am on Sunday.
